Attorney Daniel C. Carlton was born in 1950 in Los Angeles, California. He was raised in Huntington Beach, California and currently resides in Irvine, California. Mr. Carlton is a 1973 graduate of the University of California, Los Angles. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State University in 1976.
Mr. Carlton was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1977 (California and U.S. District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California) and has been engaged in the practice of law since that time. He has served as a temporary judge and arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court and as an arbitrator for the Orange County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Carlton has been a Real Estate Broker in California since 1977. He is a member of the California Association of Realtors (Legal Referal Panel), Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Mr. Carlton’s practice areas include personal injury, real estate and related litigation, business and commercial law, employment law and mediation and arbitration services. He is A-V Rated by Martindale Hubbell and is among the highest rated attorneys in California. An A-V certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment and a testament to the fact that Mr. Carlton’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
Mr. Carlton is happily married with four children. He takes great pride in being actively involved in his community. In his spare time Mr. Carlton enjoys coaching basketball, soccer and little league. He also serves as a judge for the Irvine Swim League. Mr. Carlton’s personal hobbies include golf, bicycling and traveling.
